How did you like your last vacation? Did you have a pleasant time? Did you find something thrilling? Was there some relaxing time also or did your last vacation consist of you toting your family around, doing some work around the yard and other household chores? Was your last “vacat ordinary this year? When you have a few days off why not try one of the many advent something that gets your blood pumping? It doesn’t matter what type of activity you like or what limits you want to push, there are adventure travels just waiting to be booked by you. Here are some choices for individuals who are tired of repeating the same vacations.

You may not regard them as so, but some cruises are classified as adventure travels. Some cruises with specific destinations, like Europe or the Greek Isles can be a great way to get out and find some adventure learning about the great moments in history and visiting historical sites. Don’t your want to tour the location of the first Olympic games? Don’t you want to tour Stonehenge? There are many options to keep you active while on the boat. These cruises typically have options to do things – like rock climbing and sea diving. There is more to a cruise than lying on the lido deck!

Are you a hunter but looking for different game to hunt than what is available in your area? Why not get out on a hunting travel safari?

Just about every continent has some type of tour and businesses that will show you how to hunt the animals available in their home regions. Do you have a dream of hunting big (non-endangered) game in Africa? You can accomplish it. Are you more into hunting in the wilds of the American west? You can do that too. The most crucial decision you’ll have to make for a hunting adventure is what type of animal you want to go hunting for. From that point the only thing you need to do is figure out logistics, like: “how will I get my hunting gear there or will they provide it?”

Are you a food connoisseur? Do you get excited to learn about new foods and try cuisine from around the globe? Why don’t you try out a culinary tour? Apparently, Italy is one of the trendiest destinations for lovers of food who want to experience cuisine in its “native habitat.” Ireland, Spain and Greece also offer fabulous “culinary tours.” These tours not only give you an opportunity to try out the food that has been prepared by a “native” chef, but also allow you to learn to cook a variety of dishes for yourself. This is a dream vacation for an aspiring chef or anyone who just loves food.

The point of adventure travels is to get people outside of their comfort zones. They help you experience sides of your personality that you don’t usually want to experience. Are you sick and tired of sitting on the couch and thinking about what life could be like in another area of the world? Have you always wanted to climb a mountain, swim with dolphins or camp out in the wilds of Australia or New Zealand? These are all available to you. Simply select what type of adventure you desire to take and go out and do it. It’s not as complicated as my think it is.

Question by : Bad roommate situation. What would you do?
We are subleasing one of the rooms in our house while our roommate is in Europe for the summer. We subleased the room to an Asian couple that agreed to split utilities and pay the three months rent for the summer up front. The couple moved in the beginning of the month and went camping with their dogs right before they moved in and did not give us any money for rent before they left so when they got back on the 7th of the month the rent was a week late and they only paid 1 months rent instead of the Original agreed upon 3 months. Now we have a terrible flea problem that im 100% sure the dogs they took camping brought the fleas into our house. She sent me a text message last week saying they were moving out because our house had fleas and that their dogs were getting eaten up because of our flea problem that we had hidden from her when they moved in. lol. Now they have moved out without paying the other two months rent because of OUR FLEA PROBLEM THAT WE DID NOT TELL THEM ABOUT lol even though im 100 percent sure the fleas came from their dogs. We have reposted the room on craigslist but where we live is a college town and everyone is gone for the summer,
I thought an oral agreement for any lease under 12 months was legaly binding? I thought thats what they said in real estate class.

if you didn’t create a formal 3 month contract with them then they had no binding contract to make them pay it.
